This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to products and services sold by Happy Valley Publishing, LLC dba Chief XRO unless different terms are expressly provided at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will ordinarily retain access through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent renewal for the following year. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, cancellation of an annual subscription does not result in a prorated refund for unused portions of the current subscription term. You will ordinarily retain access through the end of the annual period for which you have paid.
Refund and cancellation terms for live programs, cohorts, workshops, and group coaching programs will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page. Because these programs may involve limited enrollment, scheduled live sessions, advance preparation, or immediate access to proprietary materials, different cancellation terms may apply. Any program-specific terms presented at purchase will control over this general policy.
Because downloadable products and digital materials can generally be accessed immediately after purchase, digital-product purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise stated or required by law, or unless otherwise stated on the product checkout page. If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist you.
Consulting engagements, assessments, strategy projects, implementation services, and other professional services may require deposits, retainers, milestone payments, or advance payment. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund provisions for these engagements will be specified in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement. Where no separate refund provision exists, payments for work already performed, reserved consulting time, or expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct any billing error.
Where account-based cancellation is available, you may cancel through the subscription or account-management tools provided to you. You may also contact us at: [email protected]. Please submit cancellation requests before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has been processed may apply to the following renewal period rather than the payment already completed.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter refund rights already expressly granted for an existing purchase.
